By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms & conditions. The web site and these terms and conditions have been designed for use within the UK and under UK law.
A contract between the customer and Sweet Dreams Little One for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed & despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of goods despatched) This does not effect the customers statutory rights.
Standard delivery for UK mainland takes 3 -5 working days from date of despatch. There is a standard delivery charge for UK mainland of £4.99 (£4.24 + VAT) per order for goods up to 15kg.
For overseas orders, heavy and bulky items, an additional charge will apply.
Should an item be out of stock please allow a maximum of 21 days delivery. We will endeavour to keep you fully informed on the status of your order.
All orders paid for by credit/debit card must be delivered to the address of the card holder.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. However please be aware that goods in stock may be packed and despatched the following day, so please contact us immediately.
We accept there will be occasions where items might need to be returned. Please ensure goods are returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, in the original packaging and with a brief explanation of why goods are being returned.
You will be required to pay and arrange carriage for the return of goods, this charge will be refunded should the goods be found to be faulty.
We will only issue a refund / exchange on receipt of goods and strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting.

Our card payment service is provided by Sage Pay (Payment Service Provider) and Sweet Dreams Little One does not at any material time have access to customer card details. Sage Pay is audited annually under the Payment Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance.
All transactions will be processed in British Pounds Sterling at the prevailing exchange rate operated by our clearing merchant bank.
Prices listed on our web site are not binding, however should the prices differ we will advise you immediately.
Whilst we try to ensure that the descriptions and images of all our products are correct, we can not accept any responsibility for variation in colour caused by the computer software used by you.
All goods remain the property of Sweet Dreams Little One until such time as they have been paid for in full.
Product details and descriptions are correct at the time of creation of the site. However, due to constant product development and more efficient sourcing of product, Sweet Dreams Little One reserve the right to substitute or update products with amended or improved products at any time.
